Your mission, should you choose to accept, is to brew a clone of a commercially available beer.
- On your honor, it must be a beer that you have never before attempted until now.
- Your entry quantity is a minimum of 660ml of each: home brewed clone and the commercial beer that you are imitating.
- The scorecard will consist of Appearance, Aroma, Taste, Style difficulty, and Obscurity for a total of 25 Points.
- Judging will take place on 17 February 2025.
